Nature-Based Coaching - Finding our way back to ourselves using guidance and teachings of the Natural World
How do we come alive? How do we live in a multi-dimensional world and know when and what to fight for, and when to surrender? What is our life's purpose? How can we be all that we can be?
We explore ways to 'lose our minds so we can come to our senses' and discover how to live from a connected place so we can fully come alive and be all that we can be. As the mind quiets down, we start hearing the Mystery speaking to us. We start seeing with our hearts and listening with our souls. When we stay curious and open to the Mystery, our life's purpose is revealed to us.

Wellness coaching - Connecting through the food we eat.
Three main things we focus on during Wellness Coaching sessions are;
1- Our relationship to Nourishment
2- What we eat - How clean is it? How was it raised or grown, by whom, how did it travel to us, who prepared it and how?
3- How we eat - Our speed, the company we eat in, what we talk about, where we eat and while doing what other activities.
Looking into these three areas takes us on a quest beyond food and health deep into the ways in which we live and the way we see ourselves and the world in which we live in. We dive into how we nourish our bodies, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual, and what kind of a mark we want to leave on the planet and in the world. This work helps us distinguish between "healthy intuition and unconscious habitual eating patterns".
We will also take a deep look into our DNA and specifically the power and ability we have in changing the way our genes express themselves, as well as understanding how to live in good relation to the beneficial microbiome that inhabit our bodies.

In-Home Cooking Classes
If you get overwhelmed by the idea of planning meals or going food shopping, or would simply like to learn how to prepare healthy meals for you and your family, these classes are for you. We will cover the basics; how and where to shop, how and where to store different foods, how to organize your space and use it efficiently, and how to make the kinds of meals you want, whether they be quick, easy and healthy, or more complicated, requiring more time and attention. Our focus will be on what your needs are and what you look to get out of our time together.

Hands on Healing - Brennan Healing Science
Quantum physicist have discovered that atoms are not matter but waves of energy. Everything we see and touch is energy.
We are not matter, but waves of energy.
We are multi-dimensional beings with physical, emotional, mental and spiritual components, all of which are connected.
Hands on Healings are done by running energy through the body, charging and clearing blockages and bringing fluidity back into the field. It gives information about where in the body there is tension, holding, or no breath.
Healings can help relax the body, calm the mind and help find stillness more easily. It can help quicken recovery time after surgery, help with emotional stress and mental confusion as well as physical pain. I use the Brennan technique as a tool to connect deeper and to feel into the places in our bodies where there is potential for growth.
